Cedar Rapids Landlords: Apply for the Disaster Rental Rehabilitation Program
Cedar Rapids flood-affected landlords wanting to apply for the new Disaster Rental Rehabilitation Program should complete the required application provided below. In March, applicants will be contacted to schedule face-to-face consultations. During the consultations, additional information will be gathered and funding options will be outlined on a case-by-case basis. ALL Cedar Rapids landlords seeking assistance are required to complete this application even if they already registered on this website.

Please note:
- This program is not expected to have funds available for distribution until April or May 2009.
- Landlords will be expected to comply with all Federal, State and Local affordable rental housing requirements to qualify for funding assistance. These requirements will be provided and discussed in the face-to-face consultations expected to take place in April and May (2009).
