To date, the Department has conducted pre-and post-flood needs assessment surveys, inventory and scoring of current parks and their amenities and analysis to determine where service and facilities do not meet needs.  

At the CR Open Houses, the Parks & Recreation Master Plan information is divided into four sections:

  2. Parks & Open Space System
  3. Riverfront
  4. Trail System
